Found out so many truth which i don't wish to know !
You're doing things in ur views , u think that every thing is nicely done? but to others, is it really that ???. teamwork. everything is gone, this makes everything goes wild !! No one understand me ? i don't care ! But , for the sake of the team . please don't so self centered !
i'm in the middle of everyone , i help solving poeple's problem but did anyone try or ever tried to help me ?
Now my problems seem to have started moving on to the next stage . sorry that conflicts , i no longer have the energy or faith to help anymore. Its time to spend time solving my own problems. sorry .
i can't bear to see a bonded team separated but the process of learning requires Conflicts, lets learn it in the hard way ba !!
My comments shall be kept but on needed situation , i have no choice but , shoot it all out. hereby , i degraded myself , i don't care how people hate me but i've got to speak the truth !
